Description Made from goats’ milk from goats reared on a small farm right here in our village of Doddington, Kent, and made into cheese by hand by Cheesemaker’s of Canterbury. Curd goat’s cheese with a feta-like texture. Fresh and citrusy. Crumble into salads or add to roast vegetables. Flavours available: Plain, Herb and Chilli. Chilli flavour is rolled in chilli flakes – good in salad and filo pastry tarts.. Herb flavour is Rolled in a mix of herbs including a touch of mint to give it a slightly North African spin. Quoted weights can fluctuate.
