How to: Stir the bag’s contents into 850ml water and 150ml cream. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 125g cooked prawns just before serving. You can also use fish of your choice in place of the prawns. Top with thinly sliced spring onions and chives for extra flavour and beautiful presentation and serve with crusty bread and butter.
