Description The Traditional Korean dish of Bulgogi (translates as “ fire meat ”) is prepared from tender, thinly sliced beef, which is marinated in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil and sesame seeds. This flavour combination lends this dish its famous sweet, savoury & nutty notes. The marinated beef is then cooked in a griddle pan on the barbecue or stove over high heat, caramelising and adding a desired smokey flavour to your meat. We have expertly sliced Fullblood Wagyu Beef Eye Round Marbling Score 9 at 2mm thickness and marinated this beautiful Wagyu Beef for your convenience. This unsung hero of the beef world has a wonderful meaty flavour and fine texture. Serve with traditional accompaniments such as rice, Kimchi and a selection of vegetables. For a more modern serving approach, spoon the cooked Bulgogi into Bibb lettuce cups, add a spoonful of rice, your desired level of kimchi and garnish with slices of crisp spring onions – wrap and eat.
