1. Wash thoroughly, drain and then soak in water for 30 minutes. In a deep pan, pour in bulgar and water, ensuring there is enought water to cover all the bulgar well. 3. On a medium flame, allow to simmer. Stir occasionally until the bulgar has cooked to a soft texture. 4. Drain any remaining water and use as required.
