I soak this in either beef or chicken stock to rehydrate ,then cover with water and cook for just a few minutes and then add to the rest of my veg and spices to complete whatever dish I am making ,, so good and incredibly economical and the recipe possibilities are endless ,soup, savoury mince ,burger patties ,meatballs, and this brand is such a good quality
