Very nice , I soak them in either chicken or beef stock t o rehydrate ,then cover them in water just to cover and cook for 15 minutes or so till they are beautiffy soft then add to the rest of my veg , spices t o complete whatever dish I am making . My husband [a former hater of soya ] absolutely loves them now and really prefers this to meat now and cant tell the difference. They are also so incredibly economical and 100 grams goes a long way
