It’s bold without being overwhelming, and full of flavour from the first bite to the last. To quote the film it’s named after, “Nobody’s perfect.” But this sauce? Pretty damn close. Best served with any pasta shape, and even better with little slices of pepperoni crisped in a little honey for a sweet, spicy, sticky pasta revelation.
